Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and packed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery Timeframe
Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is fulfilled. Processing times may be extended during holidays and peak promotional periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following policy:
Return Window: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase or order number required
Refund Method:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of product quality issues).
